Currently there are only 2 meal plans - meat eaters & vegans. There will be more plans added in the future - vegetarian, pescatarian, etc.


For those who currently want to follow a meal plan, but don't consider themselves vegan or a meat eater, please select 'Meat eater', because when the programs are created each meal (e.g. breakfast) will have a multitude of options that could match their needs. If you are still struggling to find foods that fit, you can either replace certain ingredients (make sure the calories and macro-nutrients match up) or you can create your own meals from scratch following the calorific and macro-nutrient guidelines provided. There is also the food list which you can use for support or inspiration.
