This is your weekly diary that is built for you to achieve your exercise goals. There are 3 exercises to be done per week and 4 optional/rest days where you can add workouts if you wish.
WAFFL has pre-selected exercises for you. You can change the exercises by tapping the + button next to each exercise. You can then select a different exercise.
Press the exercise image to watch the exercise video and follow the instructions, or read the description.
Press START WORKOUT to use the trainer. To start the trainer press the Start button.
When you have completed the exercises tap the three dots to mark your exercise as missed or completed.
